Our HIIT sessions follow Dr. Stacy Sims’ research-based approach to training with your unique physiology. You’ll alternate bursts of challenging effort with recovery periods that optimize hormonal balance, muscle adaptation, and fat metabolism.

Sprint Interval Training (SIT)

Short. Sharp. Science-driven.
Our Sprint Interval Training classes are crafted specifically for women who want to unlock power and performance efficiently. Using Dr. Stacy Sims’ female-focused principles, you’ll perform short, explosive sprints balanced with full recovery to maximize adaptation and minimize fatigue.
This class is all about improving speed, strength, and cardiovascular fitness while respecting how your body truly functions. You’ll finish feeling energized, not depleted, ready to take on whatever’s next.

BOUNCE

BOUNCE is a 30-minute, low-impact rebounding workout designed to boost energy, support pelvic floor health, and leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

Each class includes:
Warm-up – gentle bouncing + mobility to wake up the joints and prep the body Workout – rhythmic cardio intervals to improve endurance, coordination, and lymphatic flow Core Focus – intentional core and pelvic floor engagement for stability and strength Cool Down – grounding movements and stretches to reset the nervous system BOUNCE is joint-friendly, effective, and fun making it the perfect choice for active recovery, beginners, or anyone wanting a high-energy workout without high impact. All levels welcome. Come as you are; just be ready to move, sweat, and smile.
