Unpacking Transformation

Hello 2023! As we approach this fresh new year, many of us will be contemplating what transformations we’d like to see in our lives.

Let’s unpack TRANSFORMATION. Such a big word that can carry a lot of weight or pure excitement. You decide.

What’s associated with transformation that makes it feel heavy or energetic, or maybe both? Well, it can include: change, appearance, complexity, depth, energy, forward action, a destination and so much more.

Unpacking Transformation

We are simple and yet complex humans. We have so many abilities we end up over-looking within and instead reach outside of ourselves for answers. I’ve totally been guilty of looking for the big “BLINKING” sign that reads, “You’ve made it, this is the way to your big transformation”. Instead of trusting my intuition. Instead of connecting within and listening, deep listening. Instead of pausing and sitting with patience. Instead of trusting my inner knowing.

We are all equipped with an inner toolbox. It doesn’t come with instructions or a guidebook, so we hesitate to listen. We hesitate in trusting our own inner knowing. What gets in our way, is an old information loop generated from childhood and so we approach each challenge in life from a place of internal fear which holds us in a place of sameness. Changing your mindset requires inner work and evaluation of your belief system. Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your actions and your actions control your success and happiness. If you lead with your inner knowing in the body, you take yourself out of the thought loop and a shift occurs. Possibility opens up and you’re able to achieve your desires.

Part of our inner toolbox is our Leader Within. It’s our self-authority. When you’re fully leading from a place of self-authority you’re leading from a place of fulfillment. Your self-authority lies in the body, not the mind. Approach life with a full body YES or NO but nothing less.

Make 2023 the year you re-imagine your relationship with yourself from a full-embodied approach.
