Why setting boundaries is so important.

In my youth and early adulthood I was such a YES person. The more I’ve learned about myself and my human design I’ve come to understand my natural inclination is to say YES because I feel excited in the moment, I care deeply for others and truly want to be there and be supportive but I’ve learned to pause more often to give myself time and space to explore if saying YES truly lights me up. If it doesn’t, it’s a NO.

This simple pause has relieved me of frustration, resentment and regret. It has also allowed me to connect more deeply with my inner knowing and truest desires of excitement (things that light me up)!
